Domains are sold based on the first received "I'll take it" email @ our approved address @ the B.I.N (buy it now) price.
All buyers must have a PayPal account submitted with their information or prior alternative payment methods arranged.
We will send the winning bidder a confirmation email along with a DropWizard PayPal billing for 10% of the sales price.
This 10% deposit billing MUST BE PAID WITHIN 24 HOURS
or the domain will be sold to the next bid received. Buyers who do not follow through in purchasing the domain
after they have indicated they would, will forfeit their 10% deposit. You will also be permanently banned from the system.
Should the seller not follow through with the sale they will be banned and the 10% deposit will be refunded to the buyer.
You may choose to use an escrow service if you wish. Buyer and Seller to split escrow fees equally. Your Paypal
account must be on file and will be billed $1 to verify the account. Accounts submitted without a Paypal account or alternate arrangements will have all bids disregarded.
It is the responsibility of the Buyer to ensure that they meet all qualifications of any restricted cctld registries PRIOR to making
offers. You may not withdraw a bid because you failed to check.
The buyer agrees he may not cancel the sale because of a long or extended or unanticipated escrow period. The buyer may
cancel the sale only if the seller has not participated in the agreed escrow after 30 days.
Buyers will not approach the seller directly after the domain has been advertised until they have been notified they are the successful
bidder and have paid the 10% deposit. Any buyer that attempts a direct approach will be banned from the system and we may take
legal action.
SELLERS:
Domains that are priced aggressively will sell. Overpriced domains will not. Please remember this when submitting pricing info.
We reserve the right to reject any and all domains we consider overpriced. Depending on volume we may also not be able to run all your
domains submitted. Domains must be submitted by Friday each week for inclusion in the following weeks newsletter. Please ensure the translations
of your domain name are accurate and the information submitted for a description is accurate. We reserve the right to reject any information
we cannot verify.
Sellers agree to give DropWizard a 30 day exclusive listing and will not accept offers from other parties during that period. DropWizard will
monitor the whois of all domains submitted. Sellers must own the domain they are offering, we do not accept domains from agents acting
on behalf of owners. Sellers that do not follow through with a sale will be permanently banned from the system. You may choose an
escrow service if you wish. Buyer and Seller agree to split escrow fees equally. Fee for listing is 10% of the sale price. DropWizard
will offset this cost with the deposit given by the buyer. Seller agrees to report any attempt by a purchaser to purchase the domain
directly after it has been advertised. Sellers that sell directly and allow a buyer to bypass our fee will be permanently banned from the
system and we may choose to take legal action against both parties. Where private whois services are engaged the whois of the domain(s)
to be sold will be updated to reflect the seller information so the ownership may be checked. Seller agrees to leave the whois public for a
period of 90 days after the listing date.
Sellers that default on a sales agreement will be required to pay the 10% fee to DropWizard.
DROPWIZARD
We are not responsible for the accuracy of any information provided by the buyer or the seller and make no guarantee as to the ownership
of the domains offered for sale or the translations as to the meaning of the domain offered by the seller. Buyers should also be aware
that the meaning of the domain may not have as much impact in a foreign country as it does in the buyers country. DropWizard may in it's
sole discretion reject any and all domains it considers controversial.
.CA RESTRICTED DOMAINS:
.CA (Canada) domains have a residency restriction. Canada is a nation of more than 35 million people in a market virtually identical to the US.
However because of these restrictions buyers have been unable to legally obtain .CA domains. DropWizard will now work with buyers for .CA
domains in two ways. For large scale buyers we will incorporate a company that will be structured to abide by the registry requirements and provide
